oh great another penalty to kill off... I guess it would be too much to ask to get some powerplay oppurtunities of our own

Another PP goal from the Avs. Daley didn't tie up Smyth, and it's an easy rebound even though Turco made a good first save.

They showed a brief shot of a trainer talking to Tippett after the latest PP goal. It looked like he was explaining Janik's injury.

I'm seriously starting to wonder if this is a playoff team, they need a few days off to be coached in the worst way.

oh jesus christ.. I don't want to see Turco anymore for a while

4 goals+ against per game isn't NHL quality goaltending, even if your defense is playing like ****

However this turns out, it looks like another loss or ugly win. Neither I'm happy with.

Also, Dailey needs to be off of the PK. He always gets out-muscled in front.

Yeah it's really painful to watch but the season is rather long so unless they dig a really big hole I wouldn't be too worried.

So it seems the ref down at the Stars end of the rink (the Avs end in the first period) is the only one who wants to call penalties today.

no, this is clearly not a playoff team. Maybe when Lehtinen and Zubov come back and *if* the rest of the team besides the rookie forwards starts playing like they actually care we can talk about the playoffs. Otherwise this is going to be a long season and an even longer summer..

there are no words chalk up another loss for the Dallas Stars.

Turco has to sit for about a week, let's see what Stephan can do (I have a feeling it won't be worse then this)

I'm glad you've finally found one of the 16-17, how ever many, goals that we can blame on Turco.
