i dont understand why everyone is saying Higgins is healthy and should be playing.
He may have said, and RDS may have said he's good to go but he has still not received the green light from the doctors.
Forget about the damn Gaborik rumor, we have no room for it under the cap.

You answered your own question. People are too jacked up about this rumor and are connecting everything to it... Remember the Hossa glove making from last year? I bet we head toward that same direction this year.. Except this year we can't even fit said player under cap.

Not true. I'm pretty certain that I read that somebody said that fitting somebody under the cap would never be a problem....we have professionnals that are paid to do that.....
I think it has to be a gift for our 100th anniversary....NO SALARY CAP FOR US!!!!

...and when a team is winning and has the luxury of not rushing back a player too early, why wouldn't you use it!!!!

Again, if Bégin is in, we keep hearing that Chip will still not play and we would go with 7-D. Chips plays only if Bégin doesn't.
Couldn't the '7 D' thing be accomplished by having Dandenault swing back from Forward and Defense? Brisebois really isn't necessary tonight, considering how the defense is healthy and the forward ranks have taken a big hit.
