I liked what I saw on Saturday...I hope they can feed off the energy from the crowd.

If you are lucky enough to be attending, you better come home without a voice.

Anyone know what time the "festivities" are gonna start.. (are there even festivities?)..... I'm probably not gonna be getting to the TD until 630. Hopefully I wont miss anything. To be safe though I'll speed, and maybe even duck out of math class a bit early.

You americans are really taking the strangest things from Sweden The word "Smörgåsbord" and swedish fish!

I tried to resist watching NHL this year, it's not exactly improving my grades to stay up all night watching NHL. But it didn't go that well.

I really hope espn360 starts the broadcast in time tonight so that I can see you guys welcoming Bergy back. Go Broons!

HOTLINE: BRUINS FANS SCORE AT FEST – BOSTON HERALD, 10/20/08
By Michael Marotta

The Boston Bruins have had many one-year-stands in their history, from scoring winger Dmitri Kvartalnov to net minder Blaine Lacher. But tonight before the B’s host their home opener against the Pittsburgh Penguins, they’ll be having a 1 Night Stand.

The Quincy rock band with the provocative name headlines the pre-game Fan Fest, which also features interactive games, ice sculptures and autograph session with Bruins alumni. It’s free and open to the public, including non-ticket holders, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM on the West Plaza of the TD Banknorth Garden lot.

hehe, he said Blaine Lacher

I was all pumped for this game, then I realized I have to play ball hockey tonight! My return from 2-year retirement, and the season debut.

Will anyone be DVR-ing the game, or at least the introductions? I want to see Bergy's ovation.

Go Bruins!!!

I have some! It's in the Halloween candy, and there's little bags of Sour Patch Kids and boxes of Mike and Ikes.

I think they gave the least amount of swedish fish though because they're getting harder and harder to find in the bowl now. And I swear, I didn't eat that many!

Thanks. I knew about that actually.. I was more talking about on ice stuff... intros etc.

Its says puck drop is 7:11 so I assume all that stuff has to start like 6:45ish. Hopefully I get there in time for everything. Damn school disrupting my schedule. The price I pay for an education.

GO Bruins. Any of you going to the game make sure the Pens know where they're playing.

hey guys. I took work off tonight to watch this game. I never do that. Hopefully they come out blazing and I dont regret it. Vegas even has the Bruins as the favorite against the Pens. I dont think you would have ever seen that last year.

Just found Club Tickets for 50 bucks on ticketmaster. Is that just another name for premium seating?
