You could start the countdown to the Islander goal once Razor commented on Turco's boredom.

Well, Turco's average actually went down a bit

That was more of the defense falling asleep.

Looks like it was a pretty boring 3rd period, but I suppose that's a good thing if you don't like come-from-behind wins by the other team.

Stars WIN! Nice to rebound so quickly from last night's massacre.

Haha, now Turco needs a "I got scored on by Jon Sim" bumper sticker. Since it is so rare.

Thanks!

For all the bad play that's still 4 of 6 points.

If Ribs stays hot he can carry the team, we've seen it before.

STARS WIN!

Dallas completely dominates this game from start until about 1:00 left in the 3rd (LOL). Great game tonight. Much much better.

Ribs with 5 points. Loui with 2 goals. Ribs with 4 assist. Great game. Stars win it! 5-3.

They sure looked better out there than against the devils. "Guggenheim" was a funny mistake.

hey I intentionally stayed away from this GDT tonight and the Stars played their best game of the year..
no more posting in the GDT's for me this year

**In all seriousness, I guess this was a good road trip because we got 4 out or 6 points, but I could do without this Jekyl and Hyde style hockey from the Stars. we got a couple games coming up against really young skilled teams so I guess we'll see then if the Stars are moving out of this horrible funk they've been in (my money's on more humiliation )

Nice call, Piqued, on the goals from Guerin and Sim. Maybe not at the time called, but the two of them made their point.

All things considered, and in spite of all the glaring inconsistency....the Stars just went 2-1-0 on the road.

Hopefully, the guys take something away from all of this. With all of the changes to the lineup this year, I'm ready to call the performance so far this October a bad case of aggravation-causing, face-palming, stomach-churning growing pains.

For now, a W is nice. See y'all Saturday.

Putting Daley and Boucher back together was something I'd been hoping to see for a while. Daley and Niskanen just don't work as a pair right now. That gives us two extremely solid pairs for the time being. The third is shaky, but when Zubov gets healthy, then you've got three pairs that should mesh really well and be able to play upwards of 20 minutes on any night.
