Trying clicking on Saturday, Myp2p is Euro based and thus several hours ahead of us.

It's the same one from the Swedish pre-season games you're using, right? I was about to say this.

So this is the best part of having low expectations. When teams have back-to-back games, we get the back up goaltender and Montreal get's the #1.

Did I just hear the new defence pairing on team 1200?

Picard-Kuba
Richardson-Smith

I think that third pair has to be the slowest pair in the history of the NHL. It was the same story last year when Luke was playing with Commodore. We had two slow stay-at-home defensemen playing together and two offensive minded guys in Redden-Meszaros playing on another one. It seems so simple to me that the offensive guys shold've been paired with the stay-at-home but for one reason it wasn't.

So we ended up with a pair that couldn't skate the puck out and another one that couldn't stop a cycle.

Oh god....we're now the team that gets everyone's backup goaltenders... I remember laughing when that happened to the Leafs last year......

Still, makes our life a bit easier. Still, I will pray to The SilverCup for a victory tonight.

They could only get one passed Anderson. Back ups mean nothing.

Anaheim has been garbage so far this year. Both offensively and defensively.

Ottawa is going to rip them a new ***hole.

Back to back games + Giguere not being good to start the year anyway = Hiller starting. Given Gigurere's performance this season, I don't think it matters.

Nah. Gerber is a really good backup.

One of the best backups in the league - I'll give him that. That's why he's had a couple chances to be a starter.

Similar to guys like Conklin, Denis, etc. Good backups but just can't handle the full season workload.

Denis' not even a good backup, I don't think. I also don't really agree with the fact that Gerber's a good backup, like Conklin.

You want your backup to come in and not let in weak goals, maybe let in the ones you're supposed to. I get what you're saying though, that he's not good enough to be a starter, but not that far off.

Battle of the "How the Mighty have Fallen" teams tonight. Hopefully we can beat their ass and get back to a slightly above average looking team.

Sounds more like nightmares. Try warm milk before bed. Although the Ducks are scary

Hopefully our backup goalie can ride to the rescue as emery once did before for gerber

So as long as we allow less than 8 goals, we can call that a step in the right direction, right?

All right, here we go.

That was a really vomit inducing Crosby commercial....

Do they not know how to make a GOOD commercial or is Crosby that bad an actor?
