I've been to Chart House on Columbus Blvd a few times and had very good meals.

Moshulu is probably a bit much. Maybe the Chart House which is right next to it?

I've been to the Chart House in Annapolis and the food is damn good. I didn't pay though so I can't help you out in that regard, haha.

Probably a bit much meaning its really upscale/not good for a third date or price wise?

It's pretty upscale, probably better for a later date and from what I remember the prices are pretty high. You do know that it's a restaurant on a boat that's docked right?

What night of the week? There are several nice bar/restaurant places in Philly that are great for lunch and weekday dinners, but are packed full of loud douches on the weekends.

Old City has some very good restaurants, but they tend to be pricey. What type of food are you looking for?

Doesn't really matter, steak is fine....We already went to a seafood place, and a steak place for our other dinner dates....maybe Italian. Perhaps even like a nice brick-oven pizza resteraunt (not just a counter/delivery place)

Looking to spend under $100.

My favorite pizza places are Mama Palma's at 23rd and Spruce in Center City, and Marra's on Passyunk Ave. in South Philly.

I've actually never been in there, but it looked pretty intimate when I went past it.

I'm not sure if it's still open but there's a restaurant called the Astral Plane that, for a long time, has been the most romantic in the city. If you are looking for something a bit cheaper there's a nice italian chain called Pietro's which is suprisingly nice.

There is also Bucca Di Beppo which is another suprisingly nice restaurant

Edit: sorry i'm late... maybe it'll give you some future ideas, tho

Definitely.

Go to the Midtown. Sit on the rooftop lounge...cool enough to impress any date, and fairly well priced.

Maybe hit Tria down the street for a nightcap.

There was a great punch-you-in-the-mouth-with-tannins Petite Sirah on the menu at Tria when I was there last weekend. And a nice Dolcetto, as well.
