i would like to see the big lineback together, they're as good as it gets. (almost). then i would like to see fisher play with foligno and neil. vermette with kelly and winchester, and mcammond with ruutu and donovan. we keep trying to break up the big line to spread out the scoring and all it does is reduce their production. i think that foligno and neil with fisher suits those players style better. fisher looked good rushing the puck and using his peed to get to the net he's people around him to crash the net. vermette and kelly are heady players and so is winchester so that makes sense to me, and winchester is real good on the boards.
on defence i'm torn about picard, he's shown flashes in their end but he's killed us in our end. but if we sit him he's not developping so what's the point in that? i think phillips is trying to hard with his offensive game, and if we get a few wins he'll settle down. kuba has been great i think he keeps it simple and that's what we need right now. alright let me know what you think

Picard, IMO, is basically Corvo who hits and has potential. We're still probably missing a puck moving D, but Picard has too much use in the lineup to bench him.

Brian Elliott has been recalled from Binghamton for tonight's game. Gerber not dressing - Let the speculations begin.

Apparently he's hurt but I find it hard to believe as he was on the bench 15 hours ago. Maybe he tripped while boarding the plane.

Brian Elliott rappelé du club affilié de Binghamton

The Senators of Ottawa need reinforcement in front of the net and they called their nicest hope to fix them.

The club affiliated by Binghamton, in the American League reminded of the young security guard Brian Elliott. He joined the team in Toronto. It will be however at the end of the bench, when the match of Saturday evening will start. To confront Maple Leafs, the coach-leader Craig Hartsburg will bet on Alex Auld.

Martin Gerber would be incommoded by a wound.

Elliott, q

Oh man, sounds like they're desperate. If Auld's getting the start tonight even though Elliot's been called up, do you think Elliot will get his shot against Buffalo on monday?

I don't see the point to recall him today, if aulds playing tonight... unless its injury related

I love it. The drama continues. Elliot looks to be getting his shot well before the December/January call up we were expecting.

It just seems odd that he's injured now but wasn't last night? Maybe it's something very minor.

I would love Zubie in the lineup. Maybe Elliot can sneak him in his suitcase.

Why didn't they recall him for yesterdays game, or was that option not available? Seems odd to me

Hopefully Gerber is injured long-term, but the report says otherwise... dissapointing.

Hopefully they give Elliott a chance and it's not just purely for precautionary reasons.

Just a pulled muscle, I'm guessing from practice. It's not a big deal.

wow, some people are wishing injuries on players?
