Didn't see much of the game - I was out all evening. But Kopi with a positive faceoff %. Weakest part of his game. Good to see.

Richardson is an obvious non-fighter who squared off with Danny Hinote. Hinote at one time was the heir apparent to guys like Lappy for the middleweight belt, and Richardson had no problem coming into that scrum and latching on to him. It just goes to show how much these guys are willing to stick up for one another compared to previous years.
Agreed....punk move by Hinote to take on a non fighter but good for Richardson in sticking up for himself. Gotta think when Simmonds get a bit bigger and a little more confidence he is going to be one tough SOB.

Yes, he was a great pickup for you guys.

Gives you an idea how good the Red Wings defence is when this guy can't make their top six.

As for who sat, it was Preissing and I've looked for details on why. Can't find anything. Anybody know?

Cool, thanks.

And I see he sat out all of tonight's game, too. Terry Murray's sending a strong message. I'm sure Preissing's minus 6 has something to do with the extended tour of the press box, too.
