No one at this volleyball match I'm covering understands why I'm laughing so hard. Good job. Nice one.

Sean Avery had a great 1st period:

1)Goal was good, but that is one you are supposed to bury.
2)The assist on Brunnstrom’s goal was just awesome.
3)At the 14 or 15 minute mark, Avery went to the net in the defensive zone and prevented Fleishmann (sp?) from burying a pass from behind the net.

I find it quite funny that people on this board do nothing but complain about Modano. According to Razor, Mike Modano is the only center that Dallas defensemen trust to always support them in the defensive zone.

That speaks more ill of the other centers than it does positively of Mo. But that certainly is one of things he does well.

Modano shouldn't play point if he is gonna use that pencil stick. I swear he misses at least 2 keeps per game.

I don't understand why that's icing. It was clearly an intended pass. Morrow just whiffed on it.

I do not complain about Modano at all, he is still quite a great player

Caps are playing terrible disjointed hockey, Stars really need to capitalize here.

Ribs definitely had another there. Nice step to the middle of the ice to open up his shooting lane by Daley.

Seems like the mix is off. R&R are too loud and ice-level is barely there.

Well, 9 games played, 1 game where the other team scored less than 3.

Terrible. Boucher just erased all his gains from the past few games. What the hell was that.

Yeah. That was a big step back.

This 2nd period has been brutal. It's like both teams are skating in sand.
