OT: Double hat trick?

I've noticed there's no term for the scoring of six goals in a game... prompted by the fact I just pulled this feat off in my game of NHL 09.

Anyways, what should/would the term be? A Sexfecta? That one's pretty sweet, if I do say so myself...

Gaborik almost got one against us last year.... and Ive seen that 7 goals in one game is the record, having been potted by Joe Malone back in 1920.

Sidenote: Anybody throw their hats on the ice for a hat trick? I like my hats far too much for that!

Man, I am really reaching back but if someone else can confirm, I think the term is "Pig Trick"??? I'll do some research.

On Edit: I thought I heard this on a Rangers broadcast in the eighties. Please take it for what it's worth. I don't think that people expect pigs to be thrown on the ice.

I remember trying to get 3 hat tricks with Messier in NHL 95, and then when that got too easy I'd try to get 3 of those...

I remember hearing the term 'pig trick' as well. I think I read it one of those books that answers questions like, "Why do clocks run clockwise?" I think the question was, "Why are three goals called a hat-trick?" and I think they also threw in the concept of a pig trick as well.

I used the Google but couldn't find the term on any of the internets.

In pick-up soccer, we've been calling it a Hat-Rack.

Or bad coverage....a guy scores 3 goals, I am definitely going to pay more attention to where he is at on the ice.

I remember when Mogilny got 6 goals for the Sabres in the early 90s. Jeanneret screamed "I DONT BELIEVE ITTTT...ANOTHER HAT TRICK". lol

I called a hatty for Drury before tonight's game...he came close, but then he pulled it off an hour later in NHL 09.
