"That's vintage Steven Stamkos right there."

Direct quote from Pierre McGuire tonight.

Is it possible for a player with seven NHL games under his belt to be defined as vintage already? Jumping the gun a bit, I would say!

Did he get no points and 9 minutes, or what is vintage Stamko's?

Pierre is from the future and has seen a prime Stamkos in action. He should be more careful, because he could disrupt the fabric of time if he keeps mentioning things like this.

One day, Pierre is going to start going off into a fantasy sequence "And then, with his flowing locks shining like spun gold blowing in the wind, and his muscular abs glistening ,he flew down on a winged horse and rescued me from the dragon,"

"Pierre! Snap out of it!"

When Pierre said that I remembered why I hate him.

"That's some VINTAGE Stamkos right there. Reminds me of his days with the Whalers."

Pierre McGuire is the strangest turtle-looking fella I know. He has this voodoo man-love for young men. Price, Richards and so many others have been the object of McGuire's analytical obsessions. He's funny for awhile and then he's annoying and then it becomes so ridiculous, it's funny again.

Ok, seems I'm missing out on the joke here.

Is Tammy his pet name for Stamkos or something?

pierre kinda reminds me of the people on the Prospects boards who are already looking at 14 year olds "talents" and skills.

Who was that bysitter who did the Toronto-Tampa game?

It reeeeaaaalllly sounded like he wanted to trash Melrose and that he himself thought he would have done a better job.

All Tampa's problems would be solved if Barry only played LeCav 25 minutes per night and used a right hand shot on the left point on the PP, and left shot on the right side.

Its thoose type of guys that makes it so hard for me to stand TSN broadcasts. Like sure, if you want to use D's on the "off side" on the PP goahead, you can get more one-timers. But the best PP's in the league uses a left shot on the left side, and a right shot on the right side. Like Detroit ALWAYS have for example. Or atleast thrived for. Then you can get onetimers from a pass behind the net to a D.
