Canucks Gm Brian Burke is going off!

I love him. He is attacking Satellite Hot Stove's Al Strahan. He called him out and said if he salary ends up being 2 million he will retire, if it is not Al has to quit CBC.

That was entertaining, I just wish Strachan was still in the studio so everyone could watch him squirm as he was ripped into.

That weasel deserved that lashing Brian Burke gave him. I hope somebody sends him a tape of it.

I been waiting so long for someone to blast Strachan and he couldn't have said it any better...it was awesome.
I been blasting that dude in these forums lately cause everything he says is wrong...all the time.
Now I just wish Quinn would blast him too cause he's always writing stuff like Quinn has lost his team.

Now when is somebody going to blast that fat-head Garrioch on HNIC?
He deserves to be put down as well for his fabricated rumors.

I remember the first time Burke went off at Strachan, and saw the one tonight.... What exactly happened the first time they had a heated argument?

I loved how Burke started off by saying, "Somebody over at HNIC is creating false rumours...." and then he says, "and that somebody is Al Strachan" or something like that.

It's good to see that Burkie went on TV to make it clear Strachan was making something up, and emphasize that he wanted the local fans to know that he was not demanding that amount of money.

That was the best thing I've seen in a while. Did you see the look on Burke's face when Ron tried to suck up ( which he does well ), and say the Strachen was trying to say that " Burke was worth 2 million dollars "......that was great

I can't find a clip of it on the CBC website... but they do have Coach's Corner, Satellite Hotstove, and more that can be watched.
