Back from 2 Weeks in Mexico! Quick Recap??

Hey Guys,

Just got back from 2 weeks in Mexico! Can anybody just give me a quick update of the last 2 weeks? I saw the scores of each game but thats about it. The boys seem to be struggling a little and not playing complete games..thats what it looked like just by looking at the box scores...

Players that are struggling??

You missed an amazing comeback this past Saturday vs the Islanders. Down 4-1, 12 mins to go, we came back and won 5-4 in regulation. It was impressive.

-

- Kostitsyn has been destroyed by Sauer against Phoenix, he came back last week...
- Tanguay and Lang are proving everyone they are great additions.
- Kovalev/Plekanec have had the Higgins syndrome (post-hitting syndrome) but recovered fairly well before Saturday's 3rd period...
- S. Kostitsyn is struggling BAD.
- Markov is playing like a Norris trophy winner
- Price is awesome
- O'Byrne struggles bad, like Breezer.
- Komisarek is not playin like the old Komisarek does usually.

I thought this was going to be a quick recap of your trip to Mexico. I guess what happens in Mexico, stays in Mexico.

well you missed the Higgins trade(x256 times)

the return of Sundin(to Montreal) will be centering Kovalev and Kovchuck(ya the soon to be ex thrasher)

Shanahan with Latendresseeee on line 3 (e3)

and we had another prospect bolt back to Russia (for real no joke)

Denis is 7-1 in the AHL (no joke)

Halak could be on his way to Boston for Ryder and a 5th

about covers it .......

There were a couple of big ugly bald dudes...but I doubt any of them could formulate a sentence in Swedish.

- Tanguay has been worth every penny, Laraque not quite.
- Chipchura has been up with the team a bunch of times but only played once.
- Kostopoulos has missed 20 scoring chances playing with Lang and Kostitsyn.
- Chris Lee still quite likes himself.
- Fabian Brunnstrom had an hat trick in his first game and since...well...
- Pavel Valentenko went to see someone in Russia, and that someone was waiting for him with a three year deal to play for Dynamo in the KHL...he signed it and bolted. They say he can come back for next camp but I'll believe it when I see that squared jaw of his in Pierrefonds...
- Andrei Kostitsyn got drilled into the boards by Kurt Sauer and fell face first to the ice like a ton of bricks. This went over with his head about as good as some guy goose-stepping down Central Park in '44. He's back but he ain't the same. Before that, man, he was a beast.
- The night his brother got hurt, Sergei was head hunting on the ice. To the point that the game referee told Saku to calm Sergei down.
- Lots of days off.

Really??!!! I was wondering why he had a big red "X" beside his name in the Hamilton Bulldogs statistics..

Wow...that really sucks..I thought he actually liked being here. Oh well, I guess money talks. I'm sure this won't help Timmins and Gainey's drafting of Russians....

Draft More Americans!!?? Sure...why not.
