lol @ people whining about ballot stuffing. I didn't hear them say anything in the past years when the locals stuffed as well. Or why in the world are Morrow/Ribeiro/Turco and Robidas among the top vote getters for the west.

On another note I just voted 3 times more.

And as the players get ready to start the game, you can hear in the rafters "OLE OLE OLE"

good point, im guessing because we have the most stanley cups, a strong if not the the best fanbase, an exciting young team who'll be competitive for years to come, ...
my point is that they are probably jealous
my proof are that its mainly the bruins, leafs, sens who are complaining about us

Just a quick question, how many times can one vote per day? I hope we see a habs vs wings starting lineup but I guess the west is a bit more complicated...

I don't think there's a limit... yesterday, I had some problems voting, but ever since, I think i must be close to 100 votes in 2 days.

won't happen when Modano has more votes than even Iginla.. damn ballot stuffers!

i voted for Zetterberg/Dats and Iginla along with Lidstrom/Burns and Leclaire (representin' the Pascal brand).

To understand correctly... If the All-Star voting were to stop today, the opening line-up for the East would be:

Tanguay - Koivu - Kovalev
Markov - Komisarek
Price

????

I was getting that same "can't vote from this ip more than 5 times in 1 min" error - and I hadn't voted since 4am.

I re-reg'd a new account, US fan of the Kings.
Tried again - fail, same error.

Going to re-reg as International Fan and try again.

This is ridiculous.

as of now the Habs lead all rankings in the east

Forwards:
Koivu - 103269 votes
Kovalev - 101698 votes
Tanguay - 100790 votes
Semin - 51777 votes

Defensemen:
Markov - 109801 votes
Komisarek - 103232 votes
Timonen - 26564 votes

Goalies:
Price - 112452 votes
Lundqvist - 41157 votes

Great start guys its looking good for an all hab starting roster. Its amazing how the leading scorer is doubled in votes by Tanguay. Keep it going.

Such a long way to go though, 52 more days of this. I wonder if we will face a team up effect?

Crap, my votes aren't registering...I've voted twice since the numbers were posted and Price's number hasn't gone up. I can't clear anything because I'm at work. I guess I'll keep trying and hope that it works.

With a lot of people complaining about us stuffing the ballot, did anyone think of how the players will respond to this? Imagine we get the full 6 players there, what a moment for them and the team as well.

Also, 4 of those 6 are UFA's...maybe it shows them why Montreal has perks of fan support that somewhere else would never get you. People like to make money and to make history. If we have them make history, then maybe we can squeeze a bit of a hometown discount out of them?
