I wouldn't bother, it still wouldn't be enough.

...and you can't sit there and tell me who I'd rather see in the all-star game. The NHL has a team vote:

Quote:
. What is a Team Vote?
A Team Vote is a quick and easy way to cast a vote for every NHL player on a specific team, who is also on the official NHL All-Star ballot. Only NHL players who are on the official ballot will be eligible to be included in Team Votes. Write-in votes are not included in Team Votes. When you cast a Team Vote, each player on the team you have chosen, who is also on the official ballot, will get one vote. To cast a Team Vote, if you’re a wireless subscriber simply type the name of the NHL team you want to vote for into a new text message on your cell phone and send this message to the short code 81812. Standard text message charges apply. The Team Vote feature is only available if you are voting via text message, it is not available for online voting. If you are not a wireless subscriber, you can vote via the internet at www.vote.nhl.com.
Voting for our players is hardly a joke.

Actualy Tanguay has been our most productive player. This year I could see him there and Markov. But that's it.

That would said it would have been cool having Brodeur in as starting goalie, the East would be formidable and it would be around his return to boot. We can have Markov on the starting line-up on D(with arrg Chara). And AO, Cindy and Malkin filling the starters. A line like this would be a juggernaut to see. Because in truth, I don't care about the voting that much. The NHL could add after that Habs players to satisfy the fans. Price could be the third goalie. Tanguay looks to be producing enough to be there this year. And add whether Koivu or Koivu to the league's discretions(since Bettman always pick one player he wants in, most of the time vets).

(as an aside i'm thinking the fans should have voted for Jay Bouwmeester, 'cause he's a genuine star D and we don't know where he may end up! )

LOL. You can tell he's a Rangers fan

Voting for the all-star game by the fans has never been about who's better...its been a popularity contest. As long as its like that your going to have to live with it. Every fan in the league is under the same rule. Fans vote for who they would rather see. I personally would rather see Price than Lundqvist so I'm not going to vote for Henrik to please anyone...including a Rangers fan.

Was I trying to hide the fact that I'm a Rangers fan? No.

Ask a fan of any team and they'll tell you that Lundqvist is better than Price.

better than price? lol that can be debated...maybe right now but Price is better than Lunqvist was at the same age and its only a matter of time before you cant even compare. anyways thats all i'm going to say about this...if you feel strongly about it go start a thread in a "neutral" zone and get fans from other teams involved

again as i said voting is not about who's better...if it was the fans wouldnt be allowed to vote.

What the hell is going on? They are still taking votes away...

Here's the vote count from yesterday and today:

November 15 @ 6:54PM

Markov (211,354) +151,900

It surprised you? IMO, probably only 60% of our votes are legit. It only takes a handful of idiots to run that program for a few days and stock up thousands of votes...

and because of those idiots i can see them take legitimate votes away...the end result is the players will end up with less votes than if they had not decided to try and cheat

Edit (2.5 hours later):

I just voted again (Its my homepage so i vote once every time i start up my browser) and the vote count is the EXACT same it was 2.5 hours ago....

I don't understand why they even allow multiple votes. I think it should be one vote per e-mail address. The winner should not be determined by the fans who sit there (or computer program) and can vote the most times.

I'm a caps fan, Lundqvist is better than Price. Malkin, Semin, and Vanek are better than any of the Montreal forwards in the lead right now. It's a good thing this is just for the starters, who'll probably be pulled off the ice in a matter of seconds, or the east would get slaughtered.

My god are some people ever clueless in life, no **** Sherlock, we know that starting line-up last very long, it's simply to get them in the game, weather the players you've listed get picked as starters or not, they will be at the game guaranteed. What's wrong with a couple of fans voting for there own players while the game is in our town?
