So expect at any time to see someone's votes being boosted in an impressive manner. No way to contest this. And honestly, it's how it should work.

One thing that someone should do is to save day by day voting results so that a sudden boost by 1 million in votes for Crosby in one day could be pointed at.
Injuries will take care of that. Whether it is Tanguay, Koivu, Kovy, Komi or Markov, or Crosby, Malkin, Ovechkin, Semin, or Green, its bound to happen to one of the teams who has more than one player going into the ASG lineup.

Such an attempt at controlling the vote wouldn't be good for the NHL's reputation. It is totally normal they insert a command for individual vote verification so that no scripts can be used, but fixing the vote is probably out of the question. Also, it is not 14 players left if the Habs lock in the 6 starting position, but 15 as there are three goalies going, making a lineup of 21. With 3 places for replacements. I'm not sure whether they have a 23 man roster actually, with 13 forwards, 7 Ds, and 3 goalies, which would fix the whole problem entirely.

Fixing the vote would be similar as the Pens getting the Crosby pick. So obvious, but even worst in its obviousness.

Need to leave a team out of the ASG? Leave the Islanders out. Sucks for Streit, but unless you squeeze in DiPietro, who else you wanna see from them?

Are you guys also voting for Detroit players? I noticed they lead the first 3 spots for forwards, 1 of the 2 available spots at defence, and are 2nd in voting for the goalie.

Here's the vote count. In every one of them Montreal's gap has increased...so much for the automation earlier making a difference...habs fans are showing they are the most pationate fans in the league.

November 17 @ 9:41PM
Koivu (222,910) +112,098
Kovalev (225,370) +114,558

Markov (245,559) +167,505
Komisarek (222,756) +144,702

Just a reminder to keep voting. The Pens fans are pushing hard to bring Sid into the top 3. STOP THEM!

Let's not let this current slump interfere with our goal.

At one time being named to the NHL All-Star Game meant something. It was a milestone in a player's career. That was before computerized ballot box stuffing.

Now it means next to nothing.

I have spent the last hour to vote for our guys. I passionately ask you guy to help vote our players to the ASG. This is our centennial and the ASG is in Montreal. Imagine the starting line up from the East consists only Habs players. This is our chance of making history. We know that Bettman will do everything to prevent this from happenning. Let's vote massively to make it difficult for him. If we lose this battle, we have the satisfaction that we have done everything for our players, our team. These players have sweat, has battled for the team, for the fan. Let's do everything humanely possible to return the favor. Let's remember, we want to see our captain Saku Koivu and not Cindy Crosby to start the game.

Wow. Wanna see something extremely funny? On the leaders page, scroll to the bottom and put in Theo's name. See how many votes he has. Then put in Kosto's name. See how many he has.

The number is their player ID... not how many votes they've got...

No, dude. After the player id, it shows their name under the search box with the total number of votes they have.
