Fact : Lysol Kills 99.9 percent of germs...

Fact : Dubinsky gets a Hat-Trick every game... he just prefers scoring with the ladies more than the puck... I don't blame him

to be fair I have called out (along w/ a few others) captain cash since we signed him..

back to Dubi. I thought he should have been give at least an A this year. After the stick salute in the Preseason, and consoling Zherdev on the bench after Chery's death... i honestly believe he is the true leader of this team, the heart of this team, and deserves to be the captain of this team.

I fail to see the need to bash our current captain, but go ahead and knock yourself out...you seem to enjoy beating a dead horse.

Dubi, IMO, will be a 70-75 point player at best ( even split with Goals and assists ). But combine that with his defense and all around effort and you get a very solid player.
Definitely someone who I hope will be a career Ranger.

Brandon Dubinsky = Rod Brind'Amour

http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=576

Dubie might not ever approach 100 pts like Brind'Amour did but it was a more wide open game in his early seasons. And I don't think Dubie is as skilled as Mike Richards so that is an unfair comparison. Richards can carry a team offensively, Dubie can not. But Dubie can be a factor at both ends of the ice and sticks up for his teammates like Brind'Amour used to.

Dubi can't yet, but he's only in his second season. Why not let the kid develop before deciding what he can and can't do?

I don't know that Dubinsky couldn't lead a team in scoring.
