My friend got the whip app and tried using it on me on Friday when we were drinking. He asked me a question and I called him out saying he was going to use the whip app before he used it. Amateur.
Yeah it was a dumb episode, the jokes were too predictable. And so was the plot tbh, I knew something would happen that would eventually jeopardize their engagement and then they'd end up back together (although didn't think it would be in the same episode).
Howard = Where'd this streak of outright cowardice come from? I'd have to rewatch the previous eps to be sure, but I don't recall him being scared of going into space before. At one point he was willing to let Bernadette go when she wouldn't support him. Now he's the one trying to chicken out? Felt contrived.

Leonard/Penny = Just let this die already.
Pretty much all of this.
I have a feeling they're gonna ruin Sheldon soon. I just sense it coming.

Definitely didn't see the point of this episode. Sheldon-Amy is fun couple but they didn't really spend a lot of time on them. That subplot with Howard came out of nowhere and was pretty pointless (it was still cool to see Bernadette's dad but meh...). Leonard-Penny thing isn't very interesting either.
I'm afraid that the writers aren't able to get anything new out of these characters, they still manage to generate some good jokes but the overall quality has dropped.
So the season is over. Pretty dissapointing one. There were some good moments and episodes but overall it was the worst season so far.
I know that this won't happen but I would hope that the writers would write off Howard and Bernadette. Howie isn't fun anymore when he can't go after ladies with freaky pickup lines and stuff, and Bernie hasn't been very funny character. They both could get a job in another university and they could appear in few episodes per season.
Penny and Leonard should be broken up again and this time Penny could do something that really pisses Leonard off and they won't become a couple again for a long time. Penny's acting career should finally go somewhere. She could get a part in scifi/superhero movie or tv-show which could be really cool. Also, there should be more Penny-Sheldon moments like when she advices Sheldon with his relationship with Amy.
Amy-Sheldon thing is probably going to end up with them sleeping together. The last episode with Sheldon grabbing Amy's hand was a clear hint in my mind that they are going to have sex in the future. I hope that the writers have something fun in they mind and don't end up ruining Sheldon completely. It's cool that the characters have been developing but look what happened to Howard, he is not fun anymore. If the same thing happens to Sheldon, the show is over.
Raj should definitely end up marrying the lesbian because I think that it could become something interesting. Also the lesbo should become a recurring character if not one of the main characters. There's definitely potential for something great. I don't know what to do with Raj, he has probably gotten less time on camera than Bernadette and with Howard hopefully gone, he has to find a new best friend. The writers should bring in more of Raj's family members like his brothers and sisters so Raj could so them the American way of life.
There are few of my thoughts, this show needs something new in it.
Agree with a lot of the above. This show is close to shark jumping.
I'm so tired of Leonard and Penny. Howard getting married changed his whole character and leaves him basically with nowhere to go from here. He's obviously gonna have to move out of his mom's house, he's not a creepy perv no more, etc. A marriage is something you do in the final season or series finale.
If Sheldon has sex then the show is basically done. He carries the show and that would change/ruin his whole character. Giving him a girlfriend was stupid to begin with. And again if you decided to go that route its better served for the final few episodes of the series and I don't think there's been any indication next season is the last. Has there?
The show was a lot better with just the 4 of them and Penny. I was fine with adding Bernadette and Amy but that was as like Stuart and Kripke type recurring characters. Now they're part of the main cast.

So...who's gonna be the first couple to break-up (aka who's gonna be the first character to leave the show causing a break-up)?
I'm going with Sheldon and Amy.
I agree with this being the worst season, not much worst than last season though. And I don't mean to say it was bad or anything. Still a decent show but it's a bit of an overrated comedy with too many generic jokes since season 2.
