Anyone else surprised that neither Knight - John Carlson or Phil McCrae didn't make this team?

I thought Carlson was a shoe in to make this team, he's been great soo far this year.
And McCrae has light it up since overcoming mono.

would have liked to see Colin Long on the team. 2nd in WHL in points last season. 3pts behind the pace this year. USA is going to have to get by Canada if they are going to win it all. Why not have a guy who has a history of putting up points against Canadiens.

I would have said Johnson was a long shot but he was the hardest worker at the Memorial Cup last year. Glad to see that USA Hockey didn't overlook him due to his size. Spokane with 3 on the team
