Stortini was hurt and covered his face and Orr called the linesman in. What's the problem? Did you want Orr to beat the pulp out of someone that was hurt?

It took us 13-14 minutes to even show that we were alive. No puck possession and no forecheck....very bad period.

I think we expect TO MUCH From this team considering they are WAY to defensive and scared to play ANY kind of offense. ALong with that, we don't have legit scoring players on our team... Al, ask Pearn about that 5v4 advantage they call a PP.. is tehre any way we can decline that?.... IS pearn seeing the same game I am? I swear this guy is daydreaming while the game is going on.

Orr has always been as classy a fighter there is. Bad period. Where's the heart?

stortinis fighting skill is somewhat like our offensive abilities. mostly inept.

next time rozy fails to shoot it on the pp, i say orr skates over to him and pounds him.... just because.

hard to believe after some recent stinkers but that may have been the most unwatchable period of hockey so far this year.

"Not the kind of period we're used to seeing" -Sam

has he not been watching? This team sleep walks through the first two periods most nights.

You know it's amazing that this team was supposed to be a fast team, but I feel like every game we play we are always slower than the opposition...weird isn't it?

Stortini is looking for love instead of a fight. He keeps on hugging...

Look at posts above or below me, or even other threads about these issues. I'm not pessimistic at all actually, but I will point out errors in our game.

We aren't a fast team. Its just words Renney throws out there to make us believe that crap.

I swear to God, I need a crash course in skating. If I can become an average skater, put me on the Rangers. Honestly, give me a game, and I'll at least shoot the puck and create some opportunities. Zherdev and Dubi are the only guys that attempt to do that. Jesus flippin' Christ. I wanted to change the channel during that period.

Well... Drury isn't really that good at actually carrying a line and playmaking and such.

We can't afford a top sniper. We are likely to maybe pick up a kid who has the potential, thats as far as I see it.

They come out flat way too often. They also shuffle the lines too much. They never look cohesive because none of the these combos ever get a shot to actually mesh. 2 games then switch. Its crazy.
