Well, i can't tell you how a broken femer feels but I'll tell you that tearing yur ribs apart from the sternum (tearing the cartiledge), separating your shoulder, and tearing the cartiledge around the collar bone in one play hurts like hell. It was the only time I couldn't get myself to a car to be driven to a hospital. They actually had to call an ambulance for me that time. You simply can't breath and it hurts no matter how you try to move (or as is more appropriate, try NOT to move). I can take pain. I tore my ACL in one game and finished that game and played another later that night before going to the hospital. I've played an entire season with a dislocated shoulder (popped it out twice more during the season, notfun but livable). I tore ligaments in my ankle and never missed a game (THAT was stupid, I still have problems now because of it).
I should add when I broke my femur, I was playing in the Country...and it took 45 minutes for the ambulance to get me. In the mean time, I lay on the ice for the longest 45 minutes of my life.
Finally the ambulance came and they didn't have a flat board.
It get's better...but I really don't want to talk about it.
I'm single right now so if I saw her in a bar and she was single, I'd take her out in the parking lot for a little fun (lol, I know because I just did it recently, 3 1/2 hours in the back of an SUV = very sore the next day).
Edit : Sorry, but I just don't do married chicks. I just don't believe it's right and after how many times my wife cheated on me I'd be a hypocrate if I did to another man what was done to me.
