Best All-Time Player With A "Z" Name

This is a poll to figure out the greatest NHLer ever who had a last name starting with the letter Z.

Poll's not up yet, but it had better have Zarley Zalapski on it when it is.

Tempted to go with Zalapski or Zelepukin because I loved their names, but I'll take Sergei Zubov.

Zetterberg's getting awful close though, with lots of hockey left to play.

Zubov is the most accomplished but Zetterberg could end up being the best.

Here's a list of Z's...

Here's a preliminary list I made using hockeydb. Each player has played in at least 100 NHL games:

Miles Zaharko
Travis Zajac
Zarley Zalapski
Rob Zamuner
Greg Zanon
Richard Zednik
Larry Zeidel
Valeri Zelepukin
Richard Zemlak
Henrik Zetterberg
Rob Zettler
Peter Zezel
Alexei Zhamnov
Nikolai Zherdev
Alexei Zhitnik
Sergei Zholtok (rip)
Marek Zidlicky
Mike Zigomanis
Doug Zmolek
Rick Zombo
Sergei Zubov
Dainius Zubrus
Mike Zuke
Andrei Zyuzin

The italicized players are currently active in the NHL or Europe. The bolded players are the players I believe should be included in this poll. My choice right now would be Zubov. Maybe Zetterberg down the road. If you eliminate current players, I would go with Zhamnov, with Zezel as a close 2nd.

I voted Zubov... Zetterberg could overtake him, but certainly not yet.

Must have been a simple error in omitting SideBurns from the poll.

If you just look at the past 10 years, it is far and away Andrei Zyuzin. Completely dominant in both ends of the ice.

Zubov. But I get the feeling that Zetterberg will overtake him in the next 3 to 4 years.

Zigomanis is THE pre-season superstar though. None of these other guys have anything on him when the games don't really count.

Zubov but when I was 7 or 8 years old and Valeri Zelepukin was an Oiler, all my friends were huge fans of his name just because to us it was Zele-puke-in. Ah...to be in grade 3 again He was pretty good for an 11th round pick. A couple 20+ goal seasons and I think he hit 60 points once or twice.
