Mark Eaton Appreciation Thread

Man, has Eaton turned into a very solid D-man. I have been very impressed and somewhat suprised by his play this season. His great play has lessened the blow of losing Skrastins in the offseason.

I believe I speak for everyone when I say the question has been answered.

Yes, I was very wary of having him as one of our top 6 guys. Then I saw him on the first day of camp and he looked much improved. He was bigger and was getting the best of some guys in the drills they were doing.

I have been very impressed with him this season. Eaton and Erat should get co-most improved player award!

I used to refer to him as Mark "Rickets" Eaton. But he has hit the weight room and it's really shown in his game!

If it weren't for Zidlicky. I would say that Eaton has been the biggest surprise of the year. God bless that man. At times I swear that he and Hamhuis are the only two dmen playing defense out there. Keep it up E.
