Lalande

How is Kevin Lalande doing with his injury? When is he expected back on the ice?

I spoke to him during the preseason down here in the QC he said 10 weeks and that was a week ago. He is still in a boot and walking on crutches today.

I would hope not. That would be a tough break for the kid. Definetly haven't heard anything like that. PIMking should have a better idea though.

I'd probably believe the guy who actually has talked to Lalande over Fox Sports, but hey that's just me.

Second-year Flames Kevin Lalande and Gord Baldwin, injured since Calgary’s NHL training camp, both are close to getting back into action, requiring only a doctor’s approval to begin playing, Sutter said.

Lalande, a goaltender nursing a high ankle sprain, is certain to start his sophomore pro campaign in Las Vegas, where last spring he helped lead the Wranglers to the Kelly Cup finals.
guess fox sports sucks just as bad in canada as it does here in the states.
