No help here, but how much did you pay? I went with a One70 that I got for $60 at Hockey Giant, I was very close to picking up the XXII. I went with a PM9 blade too, but a 77 flex as I intend to chop it.
I have been using an XXII for the past couple months. I bought a 77 flex since I have to cut it down(sometimes it sucks being 5'7).
I love the feel of the grip. At first that was a major turn off, but I grew to like it. The stick still seems pretty whippy even though I cut it down, which I like a lot. I play in rec leagues a couple times a week and I've had no issues with this stick, although about a month and a half ago I bought an XX cause they were on sale.
The XX broke a couple weeks ago, just after the warranty was up. It was under 30 days since I started using the stick, but over 30 days since I ordered it since it took about a week to get here from where I ordered it online. After calls and e-mails, Bauer wasn't going to budge. I'm pretty sour about it.
Needless to say, I'm using my new Warrior Dolomite Grip for the first time tonight.
