I've had quiche at a brunch before made with Egg Beaters and I did not taste any discernable difference...but I'm no quiche connoisseur like TT and Prune.

ps in all seriousness, I think they did a study a year or two ago that showed that much of the negative hype surrounding eggs was actually false?

yes. If anyone would like articles, feel free to pm me. I don't want to bore everyone.

eggs are filled with enzymes and whole pure protein and essential vitamins.
blood cholesterol and cholesterol in foods don't necessarily walk hand in hand.

...I'm so boring...

Woo hoo! Egg McMuffins here I come!

(Seriously though, cholesterol is something that I need to watch but not obsessively. Not crazy about egg substitue either, but I have used it. It seems to be okay, slightly salty though.)

Dude, I've worked photo shoots for Rachel Ray ads. She has her own lighting and make-up people with her all the time because they are the only people who can make her look halfway decent. The shoots take hours because she looks bad 95% of the time. If you've ever fantasized about her, I suggest that you find a new object of desire.
