This is your cue Bob. You needed another defenceman anyway, might as well do it now.

I honestly wish we don't make a trade 'cause now, it could be a panic move where we won't have the best of it....

Unless we're talking about the Bouwmeester man.....I don't want guys like D'Agostini to go. It's not true that we're going to see another young prospect flourish elsewhere.....We needed to get Ribeiro out....see what we got....San Jose really needed a d-man.....see what we got....

That situation right now says that we won't come out as a winner....

You'd get that in any fanbase dude, doesn't mean its the norm.

Wishing injury on someone permanently or even over the long term is un(in?)excusable. No matter the team or the player (although I maintain the right to wish it on Ulf Samuelsson).

I think most Bruins want to see him recover quickly. Komisarek is a very good dman, and should be playing the game.

Gainey must be very careful if he's thinking of trading for a D right now. Remember, trading out of desperation after regular D were hurt is how we ended up with Niinimaa for Ribeiro.

Can't we go something like

Markov-Gorges
Hamrlik-Brisebois
Bouillon-Dandy

At least for now? O'Byrne is doing to many mistakes now and as he continues doing mistakes like this he will not improve is confidence

One of them will be in the press box.

In the meantime there is always the temporary solution of moving Dandenault back to D and inserting Lapierre back in the lineup. Not ideal but

Weber has 1 PP goal, and 1 other goal. That goes along with a total of 4 assists in 16 games or so. He's also 'weak defensively' so it's more like lose/lose.

Thanks for the kind words Kaoz, and even as a Habs fan. I agree that you're allowed to wish permanent injury to Samuelsson for what he did to Neely.

U're right, I'm just piss at the fact that Komi got hurt while fighting Lucic. I guess my ego and most of the habs fan ego IMO got hurt during that game

why not?, we can try at least

The finesse, accurate first pass and hard hitting of Brisebois combined with the vision on the ice that Dandy has would give us a duo that can eat lots of minutes and frighten the opposition.

I'm with Koaz here. I certainly don't wish injury on any player. Obviously, in any group you have knuckleheads. Bruins fans were not hoping Komi would fight Looch so he would be injured. They had a score to settle. The fact that some people want BGL to get payback for a fair fight, to me just doesn't make sense. I bet if you asked Looch he would tell you that this is an unfortunate outcome, and he hopes Komi comes back soon as well.

Whatever the case, whether it's a trade or a callup, I simply cannot handle OB AND Brisebois in the lineup at the same time.

It still doesn't make me any happier Dripper. 2 of them will be playing 15 minutes per game....every freaking game. It's going to put too much pressure on Hammer and Markov. Those 2 will be burned out by January with all the extra effort they will have to use covering mistakes.

That's why I believe in the "physically unthreatening, career ending injury".

I wish for Steve Downie to decide he wants to be a painter instead of a hockey player and quit the game

Also with Hammer and Markov always worried about covering those guys they spend less time pitching in on offense. Which is/was a huge part of why we were so successful last year and at the start of this year offensively.

I like those lines too. I also want to see Dandenault at the point in PP, this guy was born a PP specialist. He has a heck of a shot.

just like some Montreal posters were happy when Begin broke Savards back?

does that mean that all Canadiens fans were happy about his injury?

Why not? Come on VAN-HAB you seem like an intelligent poster. Dandy is not a defenseman anymore, and Breezer is barely a serviceable one. Combine the two and you're just asking for trouble.

Don't you remember how awful Cube and Dandy were? Well Cube is a way better defenseman than Breezer is.

Hold on I just re-read what you wrote....HARD HITTING of Breezer? lol...are we talking about the same Breezer?
