This team will undoubtedly have the day off tomorrow. Why practice?

Well at least Weinman got this game right calling it a "statement game". The statement was that we are an awful hockey team.

Yeah, he did. He has gotten the better of us. Still a pansy though. The games over, but he isn't man enough to throw down with anyone. Pansy.

Colton Orr has had a great impact here tonight
Totally dominated by Ruutuu
He needs to sit a game or two and figure out his enforcer role (use it or sit) as he contributes nothing up front

Too bad Orr didn't land anything. Ruutu has clearly done his job well in this game.

Game is over, exactly, why would he throw down with anyone?

I'll say it again, Orr is our ENFORCER. Avery WAS our AGITATOR. Those are two different roles. We don't have anyone to respond to Ruutu's antics. Ruutu won't fight Orr, it's a clear mismatch. Supposedly, Voros was supposed to "replace" Avery, but hasn't done squat in a while, let alone agitate.

I don't know, who really cares anymore anyway. We lost, and we were dominated.

Exactly. Ruutu will never go with an enforcer just like Avery, Tucker and other pests.

And Voros is clearly not Avery's replacement like you stated.

For all you Rangers fans complaining about Ruutu, he's the exact kind of player that Avery is, and you loved him here. Quite hypocritical, don't you think?

I know, that's the point I'm making. We don't have an agitator. People who thought Voros would replace Avery were mistaken. The only people Voros has been agitating lately are the home fans. So don't blame Orr for not "doing his job", he isn't a pest, he's an enforcer.

when orr no longer fights, he serves no purpose. we have any number of forwards in hartford who can do what orr does nightly, only better.

unless hes punching faces, orr is worthless. period.
