This game is gonna have fireworks as the habs will try to show they have balls. We all know they don't, and the only way they can respond to physical hockey is with cheap shots. Look out for dirty Begin (Samsonov & Savard are just a few entries on his dirty hit list). I can see Begin starting crap & BGL ending it (or trying to). Lets give them a good pounding on ROY night and try to come out of there minus any injuries.

I'm more worried about Begin than BGL. Begin is a cheap dirty player while Laraque is washed up. I hope BGL plays over 10min. The more he plays, the better our chance to win are.

Keep the November unbeaten record intact!

Go B's Go!

Another enbarrassing...

loss for Montreal can only push Carbo closer to the unemployment line.

C'mon Bruins, humiliate the scabs in their barn on Roy's night!

I just hope we maintain the momentum. I'm not sure another 6-1 offering is up, but I hope we play with that drive that inspired us against Buffalo.

This will be a huge test tonight especially coming off a Friday night game.
This game tonight is a telling tale for the Bruins. Lose and the Scabs continue to build confidence and the Bruins continue to be the laughing stock to the Hab fans.
Win and the Habs continue to bring doubt into their team and the Hab nation.
What a way to dampen Grey Cup weekend in Montreal with a win by the vistors.

Keys of the game:

Get out of the first period without being down a goal or two.

Create difficulty for Price to see the puck don't given him any easy shots to stop. A quick goal will make Price ordinary. Getting to Carey Price early is important.

Pressure the Canadien defense because they are weaker without Komisarik.

Hit players like Kovalev, Kost. brothers, Plekanic, etc. These Habs don't like to play physcial. Hit them and make it hurt.

Big game boys. Play hard and let's embarrass the Habs!

Go Bruins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish there were more R.O.A.R.'s on weekends.

I'll be at the Greatest Bar tonight with friends.

GF's friend is behind a new drink venture that is said to quell hangovers.

Will report back tomorrow.

Reports on habs land.....

The fears and confusion is about everywhere on habs land...
They are the same team..bruins humiliated last week...they still playing poorly...very poorly...their last win against Ottawa (a very bad team) was gived by the referee...They refused a clear good goal for ott and Mtl won on OT...
Carbo mix and change his line...but don't find it....
Big Goerges have no choice to fight Lucic tonight...even if he get the instigator....Laraque have the green light to jump on him even if Lucic refuse....but Laraque is nervous...if he lose against Lucic....he may be done with Habs....Laraque is clearly in doghouse with Carbo....
Habs fans are on the back of....2 kost brothers...laraque....and are furious about Kovalev play.....
They are very anxious about their defense...this is a clearly weak point...and it's worst with Komi out....
the only 2 players who have a very good season are Koivu and Tanguay.....
Koivu and Kovalev ...who is the leader in the room...??? this team is cut in 2....in the looker room....Carbo try to put them together to force the chemistry.....
Price is able of the best and the worst....but one bad gaol each game is almost a guarantee....habs specialist begin to worry a lot about his concentration....?????
Bruins nation.....this is not a must win game for us...but for habs it's another story...another easy win for the Bruins will probably put them in panic button.......
Is this bears gang have the killer instinct...for their worst ennemy,,,,if yes....it's time to kill.....!!!!
Again excuse my poor english....

I don't think this is a must win. I think it would be a HUGE win, but must? No. We're leaving Montreal in first in the division with at worst a 4 point lead (even though the Habs have 2 GIH). We aren't a team depends on 1 outcome of a game to drive us. Just look at how we're playing all around. This game won't stop us regardless of the outcome.

But don't get me wrong, winning tonight in regulation would be massive. Just not a must to me.

Sorry but I disagree with you on the big game theory. This is a huge game for Montreal more then it is Boston. We have already proven twice now we can come back and can beat you guys. We lose and it's going to hurt, but if you guys lose it's going to cause major problems in Montreal.

Talk of trades will start, Carbo being fired and the media there is relentless.
YES....you are true and that was i tried to say...it's a big game for THEM...and a regular game for us....we agree on that...

Talk about trade are began....and For the first time...Carbo is questionned....but he have a great great protection from the media...that will take a lot for see him fired...
Imagine...Even Tanguay who is their better player this year...begin to be pointed....they say...they need a good defensemen a lot more than him...!!!

Carbo's been juggling his lines but like it's been said, he's having trouble finding the right mix. It's just a matter of time before he goes back to reuniting last year's lines, imo.

That said, the Habs' best line against Ottawa was the one on which Kostopoulos and Begin were playing. Carbo was relying on those two late in the game. Very good on the forecheck and I could see them giving our D some trouble deep in our zone.

Pressure's definitely on the Habs tonight. Boston's been playing well on the road and we're riding a high right now. The only players who weren't on the team during last season's playoffs were Ryder and Wheeler. Ryder's got plenty to prove against the Habs and I'm sure he'll be motivated and Wheeler's been bringing it so I'm confident the guys will be pumped and seeking that first goal again.

Only question mark for me is potentially Thomas who's obviously been tremendous all season but who had some poor showings against the Habs last season.

Let's hope that all the attention on Roy tonight and the focus being on the goaltending position in Montreal this evening will be enough to lead Price to be nervous and shaky.

Keep up the good honest work and line for line we should be able to be better than them 60 out of 60 minutes.

- Ron
