Franson had a "solid rookie season?"

I'm sorry, it's just... just... really, I'm sorry, I just... I'm sorry, I... I've just never heard of a guy having a solid season when he was one of the worst defensemen positionally on the team.

Spaling a "third or fourth line prospect?" Hörnqvist a "fringe NHL talent, at best?" And don't even get me started on Smith seeing NHL time. He's lucky he hasn't lost his starting job outright to Matt Hackett yet.

And that's just the stuff that jumped out.

Oh come on! Everyone in Milwaukee believes he was outstanding last year and can do no wrong!

Glad someone shares the same opinion of his rookie season. He's played slightly better, but don't see him getting called up anytime soon.

I think Hornqvist and Jones both project as second line forwards, and I think both will find a niche their. I do think WOF is a bit harsh on Franson. His defense is a work in progress, but the offense is coming along nicely. Smith has been pretty bad this year, but who knows....goalies can take a long time to develop, and they are much more prone to have confidence/consistency issues.

I could. He may not be NHL ready, but that hasn't stopped De Vries.
