Stay down? The refs hardly call the for the whistle anymore.. and we were about to control when he started skating for the bench.. It made more sense just to keep going and get a healthy player on the ice.

Unless the game's in Toronto. I swear every time we got jobbed by refs, he was behind it. Was it him or Ian Walsh (or both) that reffed the game 2 years back when we took 7 straight penalties in the 2nd alone? Certainly it was Lee when we took 7 straight (four 5-on-3's) against Minnesota, even though we killed them off.
