Why Zherdev? He hasn't done anything bad defensively except for the one pass in a win over the Isles. I haven't seen one play where Z gave the other team an odd-man rush.....ever.(on the Rangers)

Only horrendous turnover I've seen him make was against the Isles when he hit Okposo with a perfect pass in the slot. Henrik made the save though.

Getzlaf. It kills me to think we could have chosen him in the draft. I guess there are other players people would consider better, but Getzlaf is my favourite of the players who were available when the Rangers chose Jessiman.

I'd also love to have a healthy Tuomo Ruutu.

This is the one thing that has made me really mad over the years..

People thinking Afinogenov is an amazing offensive player.

No, he is an amazing skating who stickhandles like a phsycho

he has a horrible shot and cant pass worth poo

My dream pick: Kovalchuk. My dream pick runner-up: Patrick Kane.

My more "down to Earth" picks: Mike Cammelleri, Derek Morris, Loui Erikkson, Niklas Kronwall, Anton Stralman...I like the way the Swedes play. I also wanted Alex Steen, but he just got dealt today.

J-Bo. More sensibly, Braydon Coburn.

Oh to imagine one of them in Rozi's spot on the roster...

(Or both occupying Rozi & Redden's roster spots).

Just thought I'd throw out a few names I hadn't seen yet. And while yeah, they may not exactly be fly-under-the-radar names... it's not like I said Iginla and Ovechkin... etc.

BTW:

What REALLY are the odds we can pull something for Kovalchuk? Probably impossible with the amount of $$$ he'd be pulling in... AND the fact we've got so many guys that need to be re-signed...

AND:

Is there ANY chance at all that Zetterberg DOESNT resign with the Wings?

Lucic is at the top of the list..one of my favorite players.
