If my grandmother had the chances Calder has had to score, she'd be tied for team lead in goals. She had a wicked wrister and slap shot.

The biggest problem with Kings offense is that they do not try the backdoor play down low. They are easy to defend against because the defensemen are paralyzed.

This is shaping up to be another loss while outshooting their opponent.

Why do the Kings go offsides so much?

Am I in the twilight zone? Where the **** was the penalty? A mild shove right after he shot it in?

Do you honestly think a line of O'Sullivan-Armstrong-Moller is the fourth line over Ivanans-Richardson-Simmonds?

Streaming the game, can't really tell, I just listen to the announcers, forgot that they were Canadian.

These announcers are god awful. They are the perfect example of a dumb Canadian hockey fan. Biased, moronic and completely ignorant of anything outside the great white north.

Murray's lines are getting very frustrating. O'Sullivan only gets 2 games with the top line? Calder getting PP time. :

It gets a little tiring hearing about how bad/mediocre LA, about the beaches, about all that ****

It would help if they went on their computers to NHL.com, and learned about the rosters a LITTLE bit

"ohhhh, nhl.com says that it's O' Sullivan, not Patrick Sullivan. Now I can correct myself, knowing that I am speaking to a national audience"

It just totally disregards the American fans and contributes to the decline of the sport. If anyone thinks that hockey can maintain itself in Canada alone, they are highly delusional,

Here is the medicine for that condition:

1. Take one cold beer, preferably Fat Tire, Blue Moon or a quality IPA

2. Remove bottle cap and discard

3. Pour beer into chilled glass, ideally a thick walled mug or tall Pilsener type

4. Pour beer straight into the glass. Leave the bottom 1/4 inch of beer in the bottle. When you pour, do it from high above the glass to get maximum head. Ensure a steady stream.

5. Drink beer

6. When glass is empty and there is no longer any beer in the glass, repeat steps 1 through 5

the comment about the mediocre hockey team came from the tsn sports desk not the oiler commentators. They do cover all teams in the nhl.
In respect to not pronouncing names correctly, it happens all the time. On CI i watch mainly US feeds and that happens all the time. I think it is more frustrating that La Kings aren't a noticed commodity, but that is more about the team and lack of winning, i think and the Eastern teams (both Canadian and US) get more attention overall.
