Official NHL game preview
Florida Panthers' Cory Stillman to return vs. Canucks
GRs blog with a GREAT picture of Don Cherry
Flames come up cold in shootout
Oilers sink Canucks 3-0
Backup goaltenders making up the difference this season

Interesting Stats
~ Since November 21, Florida is 7-1-2, earning 16 out of a possible 20 points
~ Panthers have won five straight on the road, to even its road record
~ Last Panthers victory in Vancouver was on March 7, 1994
~ Craig Anderson is 5-1-0 with a 1.71 GAA and two SOs since November 30th
~ Craig Anderson is 0-3-1 with a 3.17 GAA in four career games against Vancouver
~ Weather for tonights game:
Vancouver: 20 degrees
Sunrise: 70
Aigio (where I live): 52

One back, four to go

Cory Stillman, seen here driving from Florida to Vancouver since he doesnt want his head to implode on the plane, and signing a Hurricanes item for no apparent reason, will return to the Panthers tonight versus the Canucks. Stillman, who has five goals and four assists in 13 games, will return after being out since Nov. 14 with a concussion.

PB1300s Official Game Preview
After going 3-0 so far in our Canadian tour, Florida looks to sweep our brothers from above, when they take on the Vancouver Canucks. Vancouver, who will be without the services of Roberto "Bobby Lou" Luongo, come off a shutout loss to the Oil last night. There are conflicting reports to why Luongo re-injured his groin the other night. Some say that he was scared to face his former team, especially since they are one of the hottest teams in the league right now, while others are reporting that he has demanded a trade after they named a new flavor of root beer at the GM Place after him, called Bobby Lou's. Here is to a great game tonight, and a hopefull sweep of the "tradition hockey markets!"

Team commradity, you cant beat it!

GO CATS GOOOOOOOO!!!

Thanks for the GDT. I'm going to pick the Panthers, 2-1, in an unusually tight game for Vancouver.

By the way, I forgot to add this last game, but it was nice to see Keenan sputtering, wasn't it?

Quick addition. I like the sound of this: DeBoer said he talked to the team about "not being satisfied and getting real greedy" (as in wins, as in points).

Sanford just isn't a good backup.

I think Schneider is better.

They have quite a few tough guys on their hockey club and it will be interesting to see if they try to stir things up a bit. Perhaps we'll see Tarnasky's first fight as a Panther. Maybe against O'Brien?

It will also be good to see Darcy out there (if he plays).

Im starting to really get the hang of this GDT post/s. Once you do it a couple of times, its pretty simple to get all the tables and stuff done. Next time, Im going to do something a little different.

Yeah, I can see him going with one of those guys, too. Would like to see Stewart go with SOB or Kesler. Unfortunately, we have noone to take on one of my all-time faves in Hordichuk.

Please don't tell me a few wins is all it takes for us to start underestimating teams...

Vancouver played last night so we should come out flying. Just work them hard in the first period and tire them out. Schneider could have a good game as he's looking for something to prove. Canucks are a good team and tonight will be a tough game.
