The Habs D got caught back pedaling in the third and thats when you get into trouble. The first 2 periods the Habs attacked the puck carrier and didn't give them any room. When you start backing in its target practice. Gorges had a bad game. Many times he let the forwards move right in on net. Hamerlik didn't look good either.

Since some members here are saying Latendresse is not playing enough, that doesnt get pp ice-time. Send him to Hamilton see how he will play with more ice time and on the powerplay instead of playing 10 min here.
Can't be sent down w/o passing waivers

This game was such fail in the third perod... Price wasn't even ready for that 4th goal. Let's just say in the playoffs that letdown would never happen... leave it at that.

exciting game. It was nice to see the offense come alive. I don't put too much stock in a three minute lapse where the bounces go the other teams way. MTL deserved to win this game and D'ago did not look out of place thats all they need to take away from it. First game in a while they didn't need Price to be awesome in order to win.

Begin

why would this guy throw backhanded pass into the slot with 30 seconds left in the game?? Atl gets the puck and skates down to score the 4th goal. All he had to do was hold the puck in the corner and kill the clock

The guy has a heart big like the moon but probably a brain smaller than a shrinked pea.

The brutal calls (I didn't see conclusively that the puck completely crossed the line) should be dominating the comments. But they're not. That right there should tell you something.

The referee, who was standing behind the net, saw the puck go in.

good game except that third period meltdown
carbo suck as a coach
play the trap when our team cannot do it, no timeout on the third trashers goal, doesnt even notice we had 4 players on the trashers first goal, pp is still brutal
lang ****ing suck, guy never gives the second effort and just coast
brisebois ...

something is rotten in this team, i expect trades soon

yea just like he saw Lapierre running over Hedberg right.

NHL refs are the suck. Just like when they called that goal back on the Sens against us.

We played the trap vs Detroit and won pretty handedly no? And it seems to me coach Carbonneau is taking care of the situation as of right now: 2 game win streak. And when the pups come back in the lineup they will surely bark.

WTK here.

Andrei was a beast again tonight, away from Kovalev. It's just apparent now that that's how it needs to stay.
D'Agostini much better offensively tonight, drove the net, scored in close. He continues that, he's here to stay for the season.
Lang on the point is a horrible experience. Yeah, we scored, but Andrei on the point needs to be tried more than once. He has the best shot, when there's no fear, there's no plays.

I really believe Latendresse's days are numbered.

How about

D'ago Koivu Andrei
Higgins Lang Kovalev
Tanguay Plekanec Sergei
Latendresse Lappiere Kostopoulos

does it look better? 4 line can score !!
