This is a game the Sens absolutely MUST win! Into December now, they cannot just casually go about dropping two points to a team either right ahead of them or right below them. It's entirely accurate that these are the points that go a long way in determining the rest of the season. If Murray thinks the Sens can go out and drop 3 straight against the Isles and than drop one to the Thrashers as well and things will still turnaround than yeah this team is not going to go anywhere.
I'm moderately confident they can come out and have a very strong game tonight, but my confidence would be alot higher if team weakness was improved.
Screw this horrible schedule. It's inhumane to have only two weekday games in two weeks. Seriously.
And I agree that this is a must win for the Sens tonight. If we can't start december by beating a lousy team coming off a loss last night, we're in trouble. Only setback I can see is rust from playing one game in a week, but it's a pretty weak excuse anyway.
