Stewart should draw in and Arnason should get abducted by aliens in Russia.

Well, Willsie is newly out; which defensemen besides Foote?

Or maybe it's a trade --- Clark?

I'm sure Stewart will play for Willsie tonight, why would we bother bringing Stewart here if we weren't going to play him.

he's looked better than i and many others thought he would. his skating hasn't been a liability, mostly, and he's running around the ice with fire lit under his ass. everyone knew he had hands, size, and a bit of a nasty streak already. he very much deserved his 1g - 1a - 2p line the other night.

he's still fallen over at random times, and missed some defensive assignments, so it's not like he's perfect. I think he's going to stay up for at least a couple more games at least.

he was the second star against LA the other nite, looked great, had a fun breakaway goal. He hits people, and outskates them too

I honestly think he has looked really good, a little nervous the first two games, but against the Kings I thought he was one of our best forwards. Not only because he was scoring, but because he hustled on every play, and he was using his size and speed effectively.

I really hope he stays for awhile, put him on a line with Hensick they played a lot together in Eire maybe they have some chemistry together.

I'm hoping they play Stewart - Hensick - Jones, Hensick we all know is fantastically talented, and with two big guys gunning to the net and I can see other teams in a bit of a bind.

I've been very impressed with Stewart's play. The first game I thought he was running around too much trying to do everything but has played well since his first game. Playing on the fourth line he has 3 points in 4 games which is pretty good. He reminds me of a young Jarome Iginla. He is big, strong, fast and seems to have a strong work ethic, it is not a comparison based on race but rather gameplay since I remember seeing Iginla play when he was young. I think that with Svatos now out, he should get the chance to play up more with some big boys. I say keep the Smyth-Stastny-Hejduk line together, put a second line which could be a future potential top line of Wolski-Hensick-Stewart then since they refuse to take arnason out a third line of Jones-Arnason-Lapperiere. Maybe playing with two of the hardest workers will finally motivate The Iceturd. I think he and Laperriere had their best success together a couple years ago although they played with Tanguay then. The fourth line would then be McCloud-McCormick-Dupuis with Guite sliding into the middle and McCormick to right wing if Guite comes back soon as reports have suggested. On another note, with Foote back Clark should be out instead of Tjanquvist.

Found a nice little article about Stewart on-line at the Denver Post.

For what it's worth I've liked his play. I enjoy watching the kids that can skate hard and be a pain in the ass. The fact that he can back that up wtih some scoring makes it all the better. I can see him becoming at least a 20+ goal scorer in a few more years...especially if playing with a good playmaking center. If he becomes a guy that plays on the PP that number can only increase.

Hopefully his talent doesn't get squandered by the Avs coaching.

AD is probably right , but i was under the impression that the Hunter brothers never fought eachother because their dad didnt want that to happend. Michel Bergeron talked about it many times .

The only time that i see that happening could be on april 20th 1984 in the huge brawl
