Sure the ref sees this one from really bad angle, but can't see the dman move his own net by falling on it when it's happening in front of him.

He flung himself right into the crossbar. It was pretty obvious to me what he meant to do. Of course, the Habs should've put the puck in the net long before that, but if they'd managed to score on a quarter of the chances they've muffed in this one, the game would be over already.

I swear Halak seemed less 'floppy' last season.

I've missed both second period goals because of RDS online being laggy and stopping.

go take a look at the 1999 draft and go take a look in the 7th round 210th pick and compare it to the top 10 draft picks or any other draft picks of that year !

Our PP is so weak, especially at home, that it makes it imperative we have a top half PK. If our PK ever slipped into the bottom 15, it would be an alarming thing. It's hard to gauge teams sometimes. 2 years ago, this was the same unremarkable PK (actually worse though) but it had a deadly PP and was useless 5-on-5. Now when it's ES, the Habs are lethal and going up a man hurts them. Reminds me of the Sabres who despite being goal scoring machines from 05-07 there, actually never had a top 5 PP and sometimes really struggled on the man advantage.

Big kill there for the Habs. We need to get another goal for some momentum.

Brisbois is a gutless POS... Borque swatted Halak on the gloves 2-3 times, and gutless wonder skates by - doing nothing.

I hate this guy now...

Good job by Halak. Maybe Carbo had a "hunch" about him tonight?
