Lang has turned out to be a good pick up for a second rounder. 2 goals tonight and leads the team this season.

Holy hell, if this guy could hit an empty net think of his totals! He could be a 40 goal man! Instead, he'll probably settle for 25-30 which is actually more than we even anticipated or wanted. We were just hoping he be a depth man at centre and give us 15-20 goals, 40-50 pts. Job well done Langer. We didn't acquire him for ruggedness, but for depth. Who knew his scoring would be so essential for this team?

Langer with his 10th. He sucks. Trade him.
Trust me, I never thought I would make that comment. I hope he's alright.

Pleks needs new skates or new legs, he's soft on the puck and falls down way too much.

This is the same complaint as "Koivu doesn't score enough goals". If Koivu scores by way of Higgins and Kovalev scores by way of Lang, I'll be happy.

Atleast if Kovalev isn't scoring he's getting some Assists, nice deke by Tanguay.

I thought that hit on Dandy was dirtier than Regehr's hit earlier. Boyd hit him square on the numbers

Tanguay looked good right there, kept the play going and would be been a good chance if Begin was a scorer.

Braindead sportsnet announcers - you'd think they'd prepare more throughly. I'd be embarrassed to be sitting in that broadcast booth with them...

Oh give him time, he'll get that one back. The hattie is coming, I can feel it! That said, let's not get too comfy. The Flames play very good desperation hockey, although their big comebacks on the road were only against Nashville and St. Louis so no big whoop.
