When the Devils have more goals per game than you, that's when you know you're ****ed!

Regarding the lineup - I believe Potter has been sent back down to Hartford and that Redden is in instead. Rissmiller cannot be accounted as a healthy scratch as he now is assigned to Hartford.
No Prucha? I guess Dawes previous success against the NJD accounts for this. But he only scores his goals against the guy I think is referred to as Fatso in the GDT

This is not going to turn into a flamefest.

Everyone play nice. Be good or be gone. And that goes for Ranger and Devil fans.

Despite the recent success against the Devils, unfortunately I dont think it will continue tonight for the Rangers.

Besides that my confidence in this team is shaky at best, I think Sutter has the Devils playing really good hockey now and Clemmensen is standing on his head every night. I'm waiting for him to come back to earth, (because he has to sooner or later no?, I mean he's Clemmensen...) but i don't think it will be tonight at the Rock.

3-2 Devils

You don't know how difficult it is to type that.

I've been fearing the perfect storm of payback for a while. They're gonna win eventually, and when they do I fear a blowout. That said, I say that if the Rangers score first tonight, they'll lose, if the Devs score first, we win.

VERY interesting game tonight. Odds are for the Devils to cool down... and what better team then the one that has owned them last year up until now.

However, Rangers have been so-so as of late, and as mentioned the Devils have been hot.

Interesting times indeed.

No luck will be wished. But everyone enjoy the game tonight, lets hope for a good one either way.

I have been going back in forth alot of Devils Forums and Rangers Forums this morning. This is the first time in a long time that I see both sides being nice and not saying anything bad about both team. Also everyone (including me) is extremely nervous about tonight. All I want to say is good luck to the Rangers and as usually it will be a fun and interesting night. I don't think anyone right now can say who is going to be better tonight it's never easy to decide between our two teams.

Yes a Devils fan that's not Rangers bashing. I know there are a few of us out here. LOL!!!

With all those games in hand that they have, we really need to win these head to heads. LGR!

Very nervous about tonight. Despite the win in 'Lanta the other night, we're playing like complete garbage lately, and the Devils are playing great. If ever there was a night for them to pick us off, this would be the night!

The one thing that makes me confident is that Henrik always gets up to play these games, and he's been pretty pissed lately with the way we've been playing in front of him. Let's hope the rest of the team doesn't hang him out to dry (this means you Gomez & Rosival).

I'll be there in 227, my sis and her BF in 209, and my Devil fan GF over in 225, not sure if I wanna sit next to her for this one!

What better game to get it rolling again? Our style matches up pretty well against this team, I expect to see a good one.

Two words: Crush them.

With that being said, Rangers lose 12-4. Despite some angry fans because of the loss, some still find happiness in the fact that we scored 4 goals.

Zach "You should have picked me" Parise with 3 hat tricks, and Patrick "Check out my 'fro" Elias with his own hat trick.
