The puck that got behind Turco that didn't roll in about a minute ago in game time.

Oh yeah. That was bad. Such a weak backhand from a bad angle.

I was still giddy about the Brunnstrom and Wandell goal. Going in to this game, I prepared myself for much worse.

Grossman should learn some Pronger physics when it comes to stopping Holmström.

Holmstrom falls down awful easy for a guy who is impossible to knock down in front of the net, though I didn't get a good look at that play in particular.

One thing that's struck me about tonight's game is Dallas' inability to complete a clear at its own blue line. The young forwards have really stuck out as the worst offenders of getting the puck to the blueline and nearly over then turning it over.

The Wings force a lot of those, but the Stars aren't doing a good job of preventing it either.

Any mention of Pronger physics is a good one, in my mind.

Turco made up for the eh call by getting away with one there at the end. He plays better when he's feisty, but he needs to be careful.

I'm at work so I can't watch but do we actually look like we know how to play as a team tonight?

Neal and Brunnstrom have both played 13 minutes through 2 periods.

Only Modano, Ribeiro, Eriksson, and Richards have played more, and not by much.

alright.. 20 minutes to go against one of if not the best teams in the league.
If the Stars give the effort they have so far they'll be in a position to win the game at the end. Let's come out strong and get the next goal!

Man we really have got to get some pressure in their zone, we can't spend the period playing defense, it'll bite us.

yeah.. the Stars need one of those 4 or 5 minute stretches where nothing happens, like.. both teams exchange break in attempts and there's only 1 or 2 shots in all.

Yeah, he had 3 or 4 Red Wings on him, and he just skated it out of danger.

I really like the improvement he keeps showing.

EDIT: It probably helps that he's playing the Swedish All-Star team.

4 on 4 definetly favors Detroit... we're lucky that hit the post.

If Dallas gets out of this ahead they have a chance

Mo would get so many penalties if he wasn't old and around when stick tapping was popular. New guys get called for it a decent amount
