anyone wanna have a stab at what we could like should we get all bodies back in feb...bar morrow..
Neal-Ribeiro-Lehtinen(??**any hope for lehts?)
As much as I would love Ott to be on the 4th line, Tippett insists on keeping him on one of the top 2 lines. Drives me batty! My guess is Petersen would go back to centering the 4th line and Ott would play wing where it drives me nuts the most, which would be where Neal is in that line up.
I just don't think that Wandell will get scratched. The minute that happens, he goes back to Sweden. I didn't go with Petersen on Modano's LW because Petersen hasn't done much there, but he has been very good at Center. Wilson over Parrish because Parrish has done ****, and he and Petersen may click. I went with Sutherby on the 4th line because I don't now much about him. I know he'll fight, maybe he'll replace Barch. I don't know if he could play a similar role as Ott has in the past with Modano or not.
When Lehtinen gets healthy, which should be before Ott, the only change would be:
I didn't say Sutherby because I haven't seen him play for the Stars yet, but I highly doubt the Stars scratch a guy they just traded for.
Wilson and Barch are interchangeable. Wilson gets an edge for his right shot, but Barch gets an edge because he'll drop the gloves. Sutherby will also drop the gloves though. In the end, Tippett has gone to Wilson more often lately than Barch which is why I thought they’d go with him.
On a completely unrelated note, I can’t stop laughing because I just heard President Bush say, “That’s what happens in a free society,” in regards to an Iraqi journalist throwing shoes at him. Really? In free societies you can throw shoes at people? If that’s the case, I’m taking a few extra size 10’s to the Stars game. With any luck, I’m tagging Sydor or Turco.
well so far as Krys Barch goes I can't see him being behind Conners, Wilson, or even Parrish because the coaching staff obviously thought higher of him at the start of the year then these guys, and none of them have done anything to prove they deserve a spot on the team going forward. I'm going to guess that Conners is the odd man out, just because he was the last man up (please let this logic hold up).
