Can you guys remember....

was this about the time, last year when Hartnell and Lupul were really rolling? I think Lups got hatchered about his time, but I was wondering about their hot streaks, although the whole team has been fantastic it is nice to see the supporting cast (particularily these two) really contributing!

it really makes it difficult for other teams when they have to worry about more than our big three. It'll get better hopefully when the midget gets back

This can prob go in the gdt, no?

Anyway, I wouldnt really say Lupul is "rolling". Hes playing better and hes scored a goal in the last 2 games but he only had 1 goal in 11 games before that. if he has 3-4 goals in his next 5 games then I'll say hes heating up. As much as Im not a fan of hartnell, hes been playing great lately. Hes def heating up and getting involved in all parts of the game each night.

I'm really liking the Hartnell-Carter-Lupul line

Everyone has that confused.
Lupul was playing great last year, he got hit by Hatcher and missed 14 games.

He came back and WAS PLAYING GREAT AGAIN.

He then sprained his right ankle and missed 12 games.

Came back from that and didn't play all that well since.

While people blame the Hatcher hit, he was playing well and scoring when he returned, it was only when he sprained his ankle did he return and falter from that point on.

Lupul got hot in December, mostly due to the back-to-back hat trick games as far as totals.

Hartnell got hot in January/February.

Actually there was a game stuck between the two hat trick games .

But yes, that did boost his totals as far as goals but he was still very very good in december. He has 18 points in a span of 9 games which is crazy to think he had more points in a 9 game span last year than he does during the first 30 games of this season.
