I can only imagine what a season full of highlights will look like.

Love the song selection for the vid.

I hope the Rangers find a way to keep this guy, he is an amazing player.

Thanks for the kind words. Appreciated as always.

I would have used a faster track if Zherdev had potted more goals aka more highlights. He hasen't been too flashy so far so I used a track with a slow pace to it.

Can't please 'em all.

Great video as usual LoFFen. I have no idea how your able to do all this, I wouldn't even know where to start

Also, I thought the song was pretty good. It seemed like it fit the video imo.

Zherdev's always been one of my favorite players but was never given the tools to break out in Columbus. You guys have a stellar player that will produce if put with the right people, and I think the Rangers organization would be dumb to not lock him up long term, because he fits into your play style perfectly. Sucks he's on a rival team!

Also, great work on the video.

Sick Vid Loffen. The music was sureal and perfectly captured the unreal nuances to his dangling. His stick work is subtle and slick, but once he makes that first fake, if the defender doesn't follow him, he's free to just glide past him. Slowing down the clips allow you to see a maestro. I could swear I was watching Earl "the Pearl" Monroe on one move were he did a reverse 180+ turn an headed to the net. That was SWEET! Oh - and if the Bafoon from Banf-f-f doesn't lock this kid up long-term he's, well, a Bafoon.

That was my main goal, to get a mysterious feel along with his sickness.

Again.. If I had more highlights to play with, I would probably have used another tune. I personally like that NiN track I went with tho'.

I have always said that zherdev has the ability to be if not as good just close to what ovechkin is because zherdev has all the skill in the world. from a skill to skill perspective i think zherdev has slightly more all around skill than ovechkin. ovechkin does not have the moves or vision that zherdev possesses but ovechkin has the shooting accuracy, explosiveness and overall work ethic that makes the difference in a game. there is no reason whatsoever that zherdev should not be a 90-100 point producer year in year out.

i agree, he probably does have a better overall skill set than ovechkin does, but that being said, ovechkin is the better player, because his drive to win, his hockey sense, his physicality, his ability to find the open ice, his crazy speed, and his deadly shot give him the edge.

theres actually quite a few players in my opinion with more skill than ovechkin, but what it all comes down to is ovies work ethic.

oh and great video btw.
