True, Lombardi, I feel, is top-6 material but he's not gonna be the guy you'll be looking at to pull your offense. He's just a solid two-way player.

I'm pretty confused about the whole Radulov thing. From my outside understanding, he was under contract for one more year. If he comes back (next year) does Nashville still own his rights? You have to think that there are other teams that have money to throw around.
Also, on the topic of Lombardi. While he's a good two-way player, he has this habit of shooting the puck right into the goalie's logo

. I think Matthew just needs a change of scenery (much like Kobasew in Boston) because the Flames have guys like Boyd and Moss stepping up, it's why he's always was on the third line (though he's been great with Iginla/Cammy lately).
