That was fun. Not.

Hell, I even started watching the Bruins game - that's how bad this game was.

Buffalo-Islanders head to a shootout, perfect time to change to another game. Cats-Tampa Bay it is.

this might have been the worst line in team history

cote-powe-kalinski

alberts-jones

btw....who feels that powe is a good penalty killer? on that second goal, he got beat twice. Once up high then he couldnt prevent the goal when theres three guys near the net. it was embarrassing, imo.

Atleast the Penguins lost, as well. So something positive happened this weekend.

One thing's certain: I didn't do myself any favours tonight. First I watched the Flyers fail, then I switched to Jack Edwards and then I watched Jeanneret getting an orgasm after Miller made the final save in the shootout.

Something needs to happen here. I have no clue what though. I really hate the new NHL where the average club has four and a half guys on the Injured List.

Well, thank you for that mental image. I'll now go wash my brain with turpentine.

I can only imagine the injury update in that unfortunate 1/2 man.

Well, that is of course Mike Sillinger, who played for half the NHL clubs

Or it could be Scott Hartnell: Half man, half hairdo.

SAD is what our D looks with out Timonen.

I am waiting for JXC to open his yap about Jones and our head coach.

P.S Solid teams do not lose this way even with injuries. They leave everything on the ice. Did not happen tonight or yesterday.

at least to the end of the Desjardins days, there was Kim Johnsson to step up and eventually take over

i'd be lying if i said i wasn't worried about coburn. is this just a sophomore slump? i sure hope he shakes it off in times for playoffs. this should be an opportunity for him to take his game to another level with timonen out.

I'd call it "the other team has better players". Or maybe just "our team was off their game, theirs was on."
