Sweet, Chief and Potvin are switching for the 2nd and I've got the Tampa feed on Gamecenter Live.

Sorry to all the guys watching the FSN Florida feed.

Feels like I've been saying that for a long time already (even though our power play last year was good). I want to see more down low work, backdoor passes and slot shots. Make the opposition at least bring the forwards down lower so if we go back to the point, our shots aren't coming literally from the blueline.

Seriously, what?

edit: Why? Why did they switch? I hate the Chief.

Booth!

I think PDB told them to go out there and work hard, something that they did not do in the 1st period.

That was beyond dirty.

How is that allowed? Clear intent to injure.

Nice play by Horton and Booth. Too bad it didn't convert into a goal.
Nice check by Horton.

grown men do not suddenly change their play because their coach "rips into them." much like this year's dolphins, the panthers have obvious limitations and lack the talent necessary to overcome large deficits. the fins' recognition of this is evident in their protection of the ball (0.8 turnovers per game). staying out of the box would be the equivalent for the cats. rather than "rip into them," sit the offenders out, much like the way a coach would yank a goaltender for a bad outing (except for DeBoer, of course). and don't blame the refs; nothing shows less class.

Tampa's making an argument against that statement.

I would have added an unsportsmanlike to it. It looked like a clear attempt to injure the player. A look at Artyukhin's fight with Boynton last night tells you what kind of ****** we're dealing with.

That's in response to Smith's arrogant "shots on goal". Nice goal, Horton.
