The Sens play the "reverse trap" 0-5 scheme - all 5 players below the hash marks

like the guys in the roman outfits

Hordichuk won't fight. He's a dirty little punk. Hate that kid.

Of course Ruutu gets the only penalty. Of course.

Unnecessary penalty by Ruutu.

What a joke. Ruutu gets a penalty for talking? There better have been some racial slurs to warrant that.

This team is so pathetically predictable to play against. The system (can it even be called a system?) they play is depressing.

What a freakin chicken s***. Won't even fight Ruutu. That was hilarious.

Terrible refereeing though, Ruutu got taken down earlier in the play, and Hordichuk gave Gerber a stab.

Ruttu doesn't need to take that penalty.

Just what I thought, canucks leading us 1-0, guarantee this game a loss, since we can't come back from a one goal lead but the opposing team can score 3 goals in 2 minutes to take the lead.

Think he got 2 minutes for stalking, didn't realize that was a penalty in hockey.

For having a sack, showing emotion, trying to fire up the team and standing up for a teammate?

Not his fault the refs fumbled on the call.

Pretty obvious why Vermy isn't scoring. He used to do it either off of a turnover or with the transition. None of that this year!

**** Heatley, that wind up isn't needed. The ****ing defence has time to get a coffee before he connects with the puck

I'm not the only who followed this team before? Where is the old Phillips? Where are Spezza, Heatley, Fisher, Kelly, Vermette? Gosh, even Alfie, where is he? I saw those guys dominate for years... They can't just disappear because Redden and Corvo left the team... Seriously, i dunno what happened to this team. I don't see any player who is playing at the level they were playing before...

LOL. Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Pretty much everyone and their grandma would have had time to block that shot. Quick wrister probably a better choice there.

Hordichuk goes down like a soccer player on the Gerber penalty and then chickens out on the fight.

Quality player in my opinion.

Lets look at the positives.. at least this won't be a 10-70-2 season like 92-93! Although we don't know if it'll get that bad.

It doesn't help that the players show next to no emotion playing it. If they had confidence they'd actually be tough to play against. But, alas, the sens have zero confidence and play like *****es...so they're not exactly hard to play against at the moment. If they got into the game physically they might actually care. Man they're so annoying to watch - essentially scoring on themselves game in game out. So depressing when they're actually doing it to themselves.

It's even more annoying seeing that we have physical players like smith, ruutu, and neil but they aren't hitting.. and schubert is god awful!
