Also OT a bit, but there's some music video(can't remember the title or artist at all) with a guy who looks like a Fedorov in it. I swore he was Fedor when they first showed his face.


He should speak better english..He grew up in Michigan living with his brother...

Fedor spent a lot of growing up time in Detroit. For a Russian, Sergei has a pretty good accent though. Compare him to Igor Larionov or Slava Fetsisov. They both speak english fluently but their accent is much thicker. I assume it's because they came over here at a later age.

Yeah, and Sergei's been having his face beaten for a lot longer too.

Considering they said it during the openning faceoff in the Sportsnet boardcast..I don't think so...

I'm sure neither one of them came up with it, since that's what the Detroit announcers called the line during the game.

Yeah, he moved to Michigan with his family when he was around the age of 13. He went to an American high school, so it makes sense that he's lost his accent by now.
