Mars Volta won a Grammy last night for "Wax Simulacra"

But its not really that much of an honor seeing the "competition" they were up against:
Disturbed - Inside the Fire
Judas Priest - Visions
Motley Crue - Saints of LA
Rob Zombie - Lords of Salem

Disturbed may be the worst rock band on the planet with the exception of Nickelback.
Priest needs to hang it up.
Motley Crue, see Judas Priest.
Zombie, see Crue, start making more movies.

Did you listen to their last album? It's not catchy pop punk at all and it was soooo much better.

Drizzle: Carousel was on Cheshire Cat, not Dude Ranch.

I know i was typing that on an ipod, so my response was rushed and disorganized. lol. Dude Ranch is my favorite record, and Carousel is my favorite song. Commas and periods really help, lmfao.

I wont say sorry but... I really am. They're the worst "metal" band in any scene today.

Bob Dylan. It's in the show I'm working on. I have to listen to it 8+ times a week. It's getting old.

No, it isnt.
Shame is brought to an entire genre when artists sing about "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk."
Really? Seriously? Country music should just end.

Lately a lot of Mastodon, getting excited for the new one in March.

Other than that: Jeff Buckley, Wes Montgomery, Grant Green, Medeski Martin & Wood, Soundgarden and Clutch have all been in pretty heavy rotation.
